Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and the Australian Modern Slavery Act and constitutes District CXP Pty Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 and was approved by the Board of Directors and senior management on 30 June 2025.

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (Statement) is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the Australian Modern Slavery Act) by District CXP Pty Ltd ACN 600 403 227 and all related entities.
We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
Business Description
Since 2006, the team behind District has been delivering enterprise products, services, and solutions to government and government agencies.
We understand that great design is essential for delivering exceptional citizen services. That’s why we created District, our community experience platform, to improve how open-source technologies are built, managed and scaled in public sector organisations.
District offers a suite of innovative products that redefine how governments and their agencies engage with their citizens.
Our community engagement software, public notices, smart forms and CMS are used by millions across the globe, connecting governments, cities and enterprises with the people they serve.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include IT services providers as at the date of this Statement operating 100% domestically in Australia. As at the date of this Statement we do not outsource to offshore providers.
Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and in our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify, monitor and mitigate against industry risk, business transaction risk and risk in the countries in which we operate, we nominate senior representatives of each department within our business, who in turn report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Adherence to our Values and Ethics by our Suppliers
We have no tolerance whatsoever for slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we operate in line with principles of responsible sourcing, including paying employees at the prevailing minimum wage applicable within their relevant country of operations. We have policies and codes of conduct which outline our expectations. The relevant staff members monitor and enforce compliance of these policies and codes.
Training
We provide relevant training to our colleagues in order to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business, and also within our supply chains and among our business partners. Under our policies and codes of conduct we also expect our key partners to provide regular and relevant training to their staff and suppliers and providers.
